Meet Pack 41’s Cubmaster, Kenneth Laster III. Kenneth “Kenny” started in scouting as a Kindergartener, completed his Arrow of Light, then continued his scouting journey in BSA earning the title of Eagle Scout. He was a part of the first class to ever complete the National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) in Indian Nation Council, and he was also a member of the Order of the Arrow! He is a Volunteer Firefighter with Liberty Area Fire Protection Association out of Liberty Mounds. He holds certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR, Swiftwater Rescue, completed Cub Scout Range Master Training, and is currently completing training to become an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Mr. Kenneth became Cubmaster to support his son’s scouting experience. Welcome to Pack 41

Meet Pack 41's Assistant Cubmaster Jerry Morish. Jerry "JW" is a U.S. Navy veteran, aviation professional, entrepreneur, and lifelong automative enthusiast. He served more than 20 years as a Navy Corpsman, specializing in tactical combat medicine, aerospace physiology, and later worked at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston training astronauts and pilots in aerospace physiology and human performance.

Today, JW is the Founder and Owner of Morish Aviation Consulting where he specializes in aviation safety, emergency procedures, hypoxia awareness, and aerospace physiology training. He also serves as Director of Leasing for Christiansen Aviation Aircraft Leasing.

Outside of aviation, JW is passionate about his family, classic vehicles, hot rods, motorcycles, metal fabrication, and woodworking. He is also President of the C/10 Club Oklahoma-Tulsa Chapter where he enjoys bringing fellow truck enthusiasts together through cruises shows, community events, and charitable activities.
